Amrita Samanta, a Ph.D. candidate mentored by Dr. Vera Moiseenkova-Bell, will publicly defended her doctoral dissertation on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in SOM E-501.
The title of Dr. Samanta's dissertation is "Understanding the Molecular Mechanism of TRP channel activation/inhibition by structural analysis."
A reception in Amrita's honor was held following the defense at 5:00 p.m. in the Department's 5th floor bridge area.
