Princeton University BA 2015, MSMP
Having graduated from college in 2015, I knew I needed to prove to medical schools that I could handle rigorous graduate coursework, and the MSMP program provided an opportunity to do just that. While the classes were challenging, the professors and teaching assistants were always willing to help in whatever way they could. This allowed me to build a strong scientific foundation that served me well on the MCAT and will no doubt help me through medical school. In addition to the knowledgeable professors and teaching assistants, my advisors from the MSMP program were another major reason I was able to achieve my goal of attending medical school. From the start of the program, I worked closely with them to plan out my time at Case Western, from participating in certain volunteer activities to meeting application deadlines in order to have a successful application cycle. One final aspect of the program that helped me succeed was its flexibility. This allowed me to continue working as a research technician and volunteering in the Greater Cleveland community.
